FAQs

What Happens During Treatment?

You will be invited into my cozy, secluded treatment room, which sits at the bottom of my garden in the countryside. I will run you through the consultation form and together we shall agree on the exact kind of complementary therapy in Deddington Oxfordshire you need, ahead of me starting treatment. Some natural oils are used to enhance relaxation. Once I have finished treatment, you will have 15 minutes to relax before I give you debrief on what I’ve found. We will then agree on the right treatment plan for you going forward.

How Many Treatments Do I Need?

If you have an acute or chronic condition, a course of between four to six treatments is recommended, as this gives us the best chance of bringing relief to affected areas – after which we can modify treatment as required. However, if you are seeking complementary therapy in Deddington, Oxfordshire as a preventative treatment, a visit once every month or so might be all you need. You can also just come for a one-off treatment as a way of giving yourself some precious me time.

What Should I Wear for Treatment?

Please wear loose, comfortable, light clothing. You might be asked to remove some articles of clothing. If so, you will be covered with a towel at all times.

How Much Do Treatments Cost?

Please visit my home page for a full breakdown of treatment pricing and the duration of each session.

Is Treatment Painful?

You might feel a bit of sensitivity when I am massaging tender areas of your body, but this will not last for long.

Treatment should never be painful. If you are in discomfort at any time, please let me know.

Are There Any Conditions That Prevent Me From Having Treatment?

Treatments may not be suitable for people with thrombosis, phlebitis, gangrene, unstable heart conditions, high/low blood pressure, or any contagious disease/virus. If you have any of these conditions, please consult with your doctor before seeing me.

I give you a peaceful, private environment to get the treatment you need and feel better in yourself. If you have any other questions about complementary therapy in Deddington, Oxfordshire, get in touch.
